What payment methods do you offer?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Debit Card, Credit Card, Mobile Wallet, Raast and Bank Transfer.
What are the delivery charges?
We charge a flat delivery fee of Rs. 199 for all orders across Pakistan.
When will I receive my order?
Orders are delivered within 3-5 working days after confirmation.
Can I change my delivery address after placing the order?
If your order is still pending, you can request a delivery address change. Please call or WhatsApp us on +92 319 6188099.
If my address is incomplete, do I need to pay an advance?
Yes, if your address is incomplete or outside standard delivery areas, we may require an advance payment to process and dispatch your order.
Can I exchange a product?
Yes, exchanges are allowed within 7 days.
If the product is damaged or incorrect, we will cover the shipping charges.
If it’s a change of mind , you’ll be responsible for return shipping.
What if my order is damaged or something is missing?
For damaged, missing, or leaking items, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Requests made after 24 hours will not be accepted. For all other valid reasons (such as incorrect item, change of mind, etc.), our return and exchange policy is 7 days from the date of delivery. The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
