1) What payment methods do you offer?

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD).

2) What are the delivery charges?

We charge a flat delivery fee of Rs. 199 for all orders across Pakistan.

3) When will I receive my order?

Orders are delivered within 4-6 working days after confirmation.

4) What if my order is damaged or something is missing?

For damaged, missing, or leaking items, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Requests made after 24 hours will not be accepted.For all other valid reasons (such as incorrect item, change of mind, etc.), our return and exchange policy is 7 days from the date of delivery. The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
